Before collecting the car, Service was Brilliant! On the day I wasn't old enough to use the BMW 5 day insurance, however was never told this and found out once my other car had been traded in and had to purchase my own temp cover which wasn't great.

Collection process was haphazard. No information provided on our request for BMW insurance. We subsequently arranged our own to make sure. Wrong rubber mats provided with vehicle and no conformity documents.

Little tip Key ring used on my new car was a listers but not a true match to my beautiful car genuine bmw one would have made be smile more . Car could have been buffed as water marks but maybe short notice to collect .

The service provided was excellent, but I was mildly disappointed the car had not been cared for in terms of washing the vehicle. This would not have troubled me in the slightest , but it appears this service was not provided upon collection.

Whilst the service or repair is under way a member of the service team keeps you updated as necessary regarding any problems and/or progress. A complimentary car wash is offered and the staff concerned do a good job outside and inside the vehicle.

I've used BMW garages for servicing ever since I got my first BMW in 2013. When I relocated to Boston Lincolnshire the natural garage to use was Listers . I've always had excellent service. Only criticism I have is the cost of fault finding.
